About the Event
“What I’ve Learnt from ...” is a reflective inner journey curated by 10 art therapists from Hong Kong. As art therapists, we believe in the healing power of art and often encourage our clients to use art for self expression and exploration of challenging life topics. Along the way we have witnessed its glory on how to enhance our client’s lives and promote their capacity to cope.
As art therapists we also engage in artmaking so we can have space to express, to process,
and to reflect on our own life challenges.
This exhibition shares with audiences that artmaking is more than creating beautiful images or products—its deepest significance lies in embracing the emotions that arise from life's special moments during our daily creative journeys, helping us make sense of existence.
